I got this far with this problem and this is what I have found so far ...
On a WORKGROUP from outlook 2000 click on File click on share (Calendar,
Contacts or Tasks) Then a Wizard comes up
You add the people you want to participate with and they respond and ....
Still waiting for response to see if this really works
