As far as I know you can't share any Outlook folders across a network
unless it's running Exchange server. Is your workgroup a peer-to-peer
LAN? I used to work at an office with that kind of setup and we
couldn't do that. It was very frustrating because all the important
contacts were only on one person's computer. The solution in that
office was to put in a server and run Exchange. Sorry I couldn't be of
more help.
