Wish I could help you with this, Lisa...but I think you have run across one of the bugs in Outlook rules that have plagued some of us for a long time. I find that Outlook rules are not always reliable...for example, I have a rule that says to move messages from Barbara Jones to a specific folder...and yes, it does this, but it ALSO moves messages from Barbara Smith and Barbara Wilson to this same folder...and yes, even in Outlook 2002 and 2003, this still continues to happen...this rule will only work when I assign it to the email address of Barbara Jones and NOT to her name. Why Outlook can't do this, is beyond me. So...that being said, I'm not sure why the first message you show is not being caught by the rule...but I'm pretty sure the SECOND message is being caught becuz of the word "undeliver" which is the first part of your word "undelivered"....try making your rule, using "undeliver" instead of "undelivered" and tell us if that catches "undeliverable". I'm really just guessing here...but I can tell you that you don't "appear" to be doing anything incorrectly and you may be just running into one of the bugs in Outlook rules. You might want to go to slipstick.com and see if they offer you any help on this. Good luck and let us know if you find an answer there. Linda F.
