Hi all, Can anyone help please... I'm having problems with setting up a rule in Outlook. I'm using outlook 2000 with W98 SE. I want to send incoming mail that has "undelivered" in the message to a foldwer called "undelivered". To create the rule I go to tools, rules wizard New Check messages when they arrive Next Tick "With specific words in the body" click on "specific words" type "undelivered" without the quotes Add OK Next Tick "Move it to the specified folder" click on "specified" Browse to Lisette\undelivered OK Finish If I "run now" and select the rule.... It catches...> Message from netmail.com Undeliverable mail to sghtot@xxxxxxxxxxx <... which doesn't have undelivered in it and it doesn't catch...> I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses: Undelivered message to sczlcj@xxxxxxxxxxxx Message follows: <... which does!! Can anyone tell me what's happening please?
