The line following will not have a cap. I am using XP with Outlook2000 & Word2000 and works. Settings are different for Word when used as Outlook editor. Open a document within Outlook and check the options. To verify any change in the end of line character, select show all formatting marks. End of line with a shifted enter will show up as arrow pointing left. End of line with a non-shifted enter will show up as a pillow.
