Hello,

I am trying to create a report that includes a large number of
photographs (>1000, 12 per page). Due to the size of the report I have
to create a single page at a time and print it then go to the next page.
I can create the files by sitting and typing in the filename etc in to
the print dialog box.

In Excel the PrintOut action has a parameter PrintToFilename and the
associated one PrtFilename. I can not find a similar parameter in the
Access PrintOut action.

Is there another way of automatically printing to file and seting the
filename in VBA code?

Thanks,

Alan.
