C:\Documents and Settings\MyName\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates\FolderName adds the templates to the General tab.
Not what I want.

There are tabs in the screen you get if you do Start/New Office Document in
Office 2000. I want to add a tab for my customized templates. Once
selected, it will remain the default tab the next time you open Office using
the method I descibed previously.

I did this before, but can't remember how I did it.
