The tabs are the names of folders in the Templates folder. Use Tools >
Options > File Locations to determine the path Word is using for the
Templates folder. Add a folder in the root of that folder, named however
you like. This only works for one level of folder -- folders within your
custom folder don't appear in the New dialog, though their content does.
