In my experience with a client that has one, it's a big pain in the
neck! If your business doesn't have the Blackberry Enterprise version,
then you have to have the computer where the cradle is logged on as you
all the time, with both the Blackberry Desktop Redirector software and
Outlook open and running all the time as well, or else the messages
won't get forwarded to the handheld. Even then we just had to have
someone sit on a tech support call today because the messages still
weren't getting forwarded. I'd say go with something else. Just my two
cents.

I'm considering buying a Blackberry PDA. How easy is it to associate to
my Outlook mail account at home and at work?

Mike
