Turns out once you install an specific IE patch, it blows away the customization ability. You can work around it by adding a value in the Registry and then removing that value after you customize it...for security reasons. That's all I needed to know...it's NOT worth it for this. So I'm ripping out the (or rather modifying) the paragraph on customization. Guess I should at least tell them it doesn't work!<sigh> Dian D.
