The only thing that shows in Outline View is text inside bulleted list
placeholders and in title and subtitle boxes. If you want your text to
show in the Ouline, don't put it in a text box...use a bulleted list
slide and just remove the bullets.

Hi all,
Is there a way to get the outline view in PowerPoint to display not just
the
slide title and the bulleted text, but also text in a 2nd text box added
to
a slide? I added the 2nd text box to include non-bulleted text as a
stem
sentence to the bullets.
Bottom line is I want to know how to get everything contained on a slide
to
display in outline view and it seems that depending on how you add the
slide
content it may not always display.
