I am not familiar with a lookup table so I do not have one yet. I will read
up on it and see if I can create one. There is 4 supervisors 38 people
under the different supervisors. There is a set supervisor for each.

I am the only person who has access to this worksheet. I Would like to be
able to paste the list of names in column F. Then I want the names to go
under column A the supervisors names. The supervisors names are already
listed on the document. But there is a possibility that they could be on
the list of names I paste into column F that is why I also need to highlight
the names in column A that are pasted into column F.

Then if there is empty boxes after the last employee on a team but before
the next supervisors I would like the extra boxes to be deleted.

Thank you for your time.

Hiya...

You need at least a lookup table with which supervisor is responsible
for which employee. Do you have that? Do you want to move or copy the
names to column A? How do you distiguish between Supervisors and
employees in column A? Can an employee be under more than one
supervisor like for different projects?

My first reaction is not to allow the users to enter directly to the
sheet in the first place but via a form from which you can control
where names are put and why.

If you need to paste a bulk set of names then a VBA routine seems to
be nessesary to process the pasted data because of the requirements.

Lisa
