AFAIK, there is no tie in to specific versions of Outlook Robert...

I'm wondering if she's referring to ACTIVEsync (the Pocket PC sync software)
or Intellisync, which is a third party syncing utility that comes in a
variety of version for Palm (I think) and PPC...

I agree, it does not make much sense. In fact, I will go one stronger. It 
makes ABSOLUTELY no sense, but it is what she says. I didn't (and still 
don't) know enough about Activesync requiring specific versions of Outlook.
