Robert,
That doesn't make a lot of sense - in particular the phrase ' must be
downloaded
via Outlook Express'...

Activesync is available here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/resources/downloads/pocketpc/activesy
nc37.mspx
(watch for lines wrapping)

You just d/l the installation file and double click it to run.

Don't know that it works with OE though...

Regards

Subject: [mso] NAS: 1/2 on/off topic, Outlook & Activesync

Everyone, this is half on topic, and half off topic.

In another list, there is a member who uses Active Sync. Yes I know that is
not part of Office, but she was told Active Sync 3.71 must be downloaded
via Outlook Express, whereas Active Sync 3.70 can be downloaded by either
Outlook.

Her inquiry: It is asking her for the +date+ her Outlook was made. How does
she get that? (I am not an Outlook user.)

Can she just pull down help of her Outlook and get that?

Thank you.

Robert
