I am trying to set up a mail merge to print a set of envelopes in Word 2010, using the mail merge wizard. Everything is fine except that the recipients' names and addresses (in an Excel 2010 worksheet) appear in the return address position instead of the delivery address position even though I have not set up a return address! I watched an online video from lynda.com that dealt with mail merging to envelopes and followed the steps in that (it didn't use the wizard) but the result is exactly the same - the delivery (i.e. recipients) names and addresses all print in the return address position! I'd appreciate help with resolving this! Thanks Bill Hunt. ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu at the top.
