Someone will probably give you a much better answer than the one I'm
proposing - but, in the mean time:

You could create and use a form for this process; or, what I do is use a
signature file. I like the signature file better because it requires fewer
steps. Once you've created the sig file, it's just a matter of clicking the
sig icon and choosing which one to insert.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [mso] Macro In Outlook

Good Morning All,

I have never used Macros in Outlook before, and I was wondering if someone
could help me with a code to do the following.

This code will be used when emailing customers by the credit control
department. This department effectively uses 5 to 6 different types of
standard letters.

The macro will allow the user to select from a drop down menu in Outlook the
type of letter to be sent to this customer; By clicking on the letter type,
it would automatically import the relevant text of that letter, saving the
user the need to retype the different letters every time.

I am not sure if some other command in outlook already exists for this.

Many Thanks

Herbert
