Hi Herbert

Before getting into VBA for Outlook, try Insert Quickparts.  (I assume you
are using Outlook 2007)  The first time you use it you will need to type
what you want and select it before clicking the button.  Then it will let
you save it and give it a name.  Next time you just click the button and
select the name.
