Excell does only count full days hence the reason you are always a day short. The simplest solution is to add a day to your calculations. So, if you just Str(CInt(IIf(Date()<[Start],"0",IIf(Date()>[Finish],"1",ProjDateDiff([Start] ,Date())/([Duration]+1)))*100))+"%" I believe that will do the trick for you. Regards Jens N. Sent by: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Hi everyone, I am a project manager working with Microsoft Office Project 2007. I need to set up my Project Schedule to include a column that indicates the "% planned" of a task. (How far along SHOULD I be in this task?) The columns that could potentially impact this result are "Start", "Finish" and "Duration". If, "Start" is 10/1 And, "Finish" is 10/12 And, "Duration" is 10 business days Then, by 10/5 we "plan" to be 50% completed. I provide a status at the end of each week and I need the formula to calculate that day when I send the report at 3pm. Currently it doesn't calculate until midnight. Therefore, my planned % is always a day behind. Can anyone help me modify this formula to calculate one day sooner? Thanks very much, Debbie ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu at the top.
