Hi Linda,
On my machine, it requires Control>>Tab to access the folders list. Shift/Tab
or just Tab move me around in the window that is open, such as Contacts.

I tried shutting down the Outlook Bar and opening the Folder List - same
problem. There does not seem to be a keystroke that will get me to that
folder list that now sits on the left-hand side of my screen. I am forced to
use the mouse or to navigate via menu>>view>>Go To>> and then choose
Calendar or whatever. This is way too many keystrokes for me. The mouse is
much faster.
