Outlook filters email based on built in criteria, in addition to those senders you specifically identify. What happens is there is something in the email that is junk email that meets the critera. You have no control of the junk or adult email filter list as far as I know, it is built into Outlook. What you can do is add those senders who frequently wind up in the junk email folder to the exeption list. Somewhere on the MS site is a list of the criteria it uses, but I can't find it right now. Maybe someone else knows where it is, I remember having trouble finding it the last time I looked for it. This KB article talks more about it. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=3Dkb;en-us;298734&Product=3D= o l2002 Christine McDonald Technical Specialist Western Regional Office -----Original Message----- From: Hamlet Torossian [mailto:Hamlet@xxxxxxxxxx]=20 Sent: Tuesday, October 14, 2003 11:21 AM To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] Junk E-mail question Any kind of help or suggestion is much appreciated.
