[mso] How to share files in this group (was Excel - locked cell)

We really don't have a way to "upload" a sheet, but members can feel free to
email the files to each other privately if that's necessary.

We used to use smartgroups for uploading files, but they went out of
business.  I'm still looking for an alternative ... I could re-open our old
yahoo group if people want that ... It still exists.  I just don't know if
it's possible to let people add files there, without letting them post
emails.
