Hi Dave, if you just copy the formula from row 2 down, it will come out all right without you having to edit anything: =sum(C2, A3-B3) =sum(C3, A4-B4) =sum(C4, A5-B5) and so on. Write the first formula =sum(A2,B2) on cell C2, the second formula =sum(C2,A3-B3) on cell C3, click on cell C3, edit->copy, select as many rows down from A4 as you want, edit->paste, and you're done.
