When I try to Delete this I get the following message: The set of =
folders
could not be open. The DLL the information service could not be found. =
MAPI
was unable to load the information service pstprx.dll. Be sure the =
service
is correctly installed and configured.

Assuming you're not on an exchange server, it just means that you have
additional PST files open. Right click on the extra set and click Close. =


Here's a TechTrax article I wrote that should help explain how this =
stuff
works. Using multiple PST files is a great way to keep your email sorted =
so
you're not constantly opening a bazillion emails each time you open =
Outlook.
