When column is marked as text within import, how do I prevent Access from importing the following as scientific notation? 00Dx <-Imports as text ok 00Dy <-Imports as text ok 00Dz <-Imports as text ok 00E0 <-messed up, shows as 0.00E+00 00E1 <-messed up, shows as 0.00E+00 00E2 <-messed up, shows as 0.00E+00 00E3 <-messed up, shows as 0.00E+00 00E4 <-messed up, shows as 0.00E+00 00E5 <-messed up, shows as 0.00E+00 00E6 <-messed up, shows as 0.00E+00 00E7 <-messed up, shows as 0.00E+00 00E8 <-messed up, shows as 0.00E+00 00E9 <-messed up, shows as 0.00E+00 00EA <-Imports as text ok 00EB <-Imports as text ok I went back and re-imported to make sure I did set them to text, which I did, and they still come out that way.
