Use Access's Companct and Repair facility on the file. This can sometimes help. MS ACCESS 2000 I * think* I imported somewhere around 14 million records. I was able to look at them, I went to the bottom, and it was around that number. I clicked to make a form for it, and it shut down very quickly. I can reopen Access, but when I try to do anything with the file it shuts down very, very fast. Are there too many records? I am using a PC with 4G processor, and 3.8G of memory. Thank you.
