Yup, there's the solution, way easier than the way I did it.
I used to do that with OE. Don't know why it didnt dawn on me that the same
could be done with Outlook.
Select all, drag and drop into a new folder.
Inside the folder, create the same simple bat file as in my last post,
excdept for msg instead
ren *.msg *.txt
and bingo, dos wins as usual.
