In Outlook, go to File>Import and Export....and choose to Export a
File...then choose your Contacts and export to a Comma Separated Values
text file (*.csv)
Then go int Outlook Express and go to File > Import and choose OTHER Address
Book...and there's a choice in there for comma separated values
