Hi All,

I have a bit of a toughy on my hands. Can anybody tell me how to split
data in the following format into single lines eg.

Data is like this:

Beans 256, 376, 384-392
Oils 384-392

I have a very long spreadsheet like this and I need to convert to the
following as an example:

Beans 256
Beans 376
Beans 384
Beans 385
Beans 386
Beans 387 etc

The complication is that the data can be separated by commas, hyphens
and just depends on the line.

Many thanks

Herbert
