Hi All
One of the thing I do, when i have a lot of text is as follows:
Go to Format->Cell->Alignment then in Text Alignment set Vertical to Top
(this is important), in Text Control tick Wrap Text and tick Merge Cells.
Play around and see what happens.
Another thing i do when the formula bar reaches its max characters is
On another sheet or section type out your text maybe in ten or so
different rows then and this is important,
where you want your actual text, link it up with formulas eg
=Sheet2!B3&" "&Sheet2!B4 etc.
