I am quite a novice when it comes to Excel, however I have set up a budget database for my club There are 3 Cost Centres (Music, Singing and Presentation) There are 5 people in the music team I created a worksheet for each cost centre and enter all the details on these three worksheets (Name, Expense Code, Date, Purchase Order Number, Amount, Supplier, Description, Payment Method, File Date, Constructed Key Field*) * Column that converts date "dd/mm/yyyy" to "mmm-yy". I then created a "Monthly Summary" worksheet which gives me the total monthly spend by Cost Centre and a Year To Date worksheet which includes comparison of YTD figures for each cost centre against budget. I am struggling to create worksheets for each of the music team to show their individual spend by cost centre and month Hope someone can help phil http://www.rac.co.uk http://www.rac.co.uk/business http://www.bsm.co.uk Any opinions expressed in this e-mail are those of the individual and not necessarily the company.
