Unless what Glenda is asking is how to copy/paste just the subtotals and not the rest of the stuff? If so, the only way I know how to do that is first collapse your data so only the subtotals show, then click at the beginning of the sheet and use Edit>Go To and click on the Special button, then choose Visible Cells...than copy that and paste it into a new sheet.
