Sorry...I'm not sure why that's happening....when I do this and drag the bottom border of the cell I added above the table, it makes that cell bigger and doesn't affect the cell below it at all. Do you have some manual page break on this page that's not allowing you to increase the space or something? I dunno...why not just click inside that cell and go to the Table properties and click on the Row tab and set the height in there? So yes, I can move it and it will increase the size of the cell we're talking about, but only by making the entire top row of the main table shorter. I don't want to do that...just want to "raise the ceiling" on this one cell. Hope the extra info helps.
