It sure does for me when I do that. The bottom border of the cell in question is actually the outside border of the main table on which this cell sits. So yes, I can move it and it will increase the size of the cell we're talking about, but only by making the entire top row of the main table shorter. I don't want to do that...just want to "raise the ceiling" on this one cell. Hope the extra info helps.
