A friend of mine is getting two copies of each e-mail she receives in O2K. There is only one copy on her webmail view of her e-mail account (and she only has one e-mail account in Outlook). She does have "leave mail on server" checked, but that is necessary due to access at home, office, and Blackberry, but others have this checked without duplicate e-mails - plus this only started recently with no other apparent changes.) I'm stumped and the mail server host (not a big one) has no idea except that the problem is in Outlook. Any ideas?
