HA! Thanks...I actually found this via Slipstick today when I was checking
for solutions. But what we're going to do is publish the master contact list
on an admin system and then just invite everyone on the list to share the
folder as reviewers (view only...no edits). The contact list will be named
for the company (our client) and then all the users will end up with TWO
contact lists...one in their own PST that they can use for their own
contacts and one to represent the company "global" list.

If changes are needed...the admin can make the changes on the master sys and
they SHOULD propagate down to all the users. Plus, they can print a hard
copy from that list.

It SHOULD work. We tested it some today and it seems to work, but I still
need to check on a few things and, if all works, I'll document it...roll it
out next week and then have to go run a training course to teach them how to
use OL (most are OE users!)

But I DO appreciate it.

And the first full day was great fun...very busy! Didn't even THINK to take
lunch before I realized it was 6pm and time to get rolling on my 1 hr drive
home.

All in all...way cool. And it'll be even cooler if I can pull this all off!

Hey Dian....I just remembered I had this site that someone sent to
me...this is a utility made for small companies to share stuff without
Exchange Server....I don't know what the cost is, etc...but maybe it's
something your company would be interested in and might save them money if
it saves YOU work and time...check it out..it's called Outlook Folders:
