[mso] Deleting tasks in Outlook

Is there a way to set options in Outlook so that tasks that are
marked "complete" are also deleted? I have my Palm set to override
the desktop when it synchs with Outlook (I mostly keep up with my
calendar etc. on the Palm). On my Palm, when I mark something
complete, it disappears (by design). However, after a synch, all
of these deleted tasks show up in Outlook as completed and I have
to delete them.
Any way around this?
