Not really. But, what I do is create a picture in photoshop, then go into header/footer view in word and insert the picture and stretch it to fill one page and set it behind text, with appropriate margins so text isn't on the bordered edge...that way it appears on all pages and I can type in the center I'm sure others may do it a different way, but that's what I do.
