Brilliant! Just had a quick look and it seems to be exactly what I want. Have 
been using XData in Quark on the Mac where one manually writes the code 
instructions and though that works beautifully it does mean I'm the only one 
that can do it, being the only one in our section with a Mac. I am very 
grateful that you took the trouble to reply. Have a great Christmas.
