Go into Add/Remove...doubleclick Microsoft Office....choose "Change"...not
"Remove"

Then choose to Add/Remove Features...this will give you a list of all the
parts of Office that are installed, Click on the downward pointing triangle
next to Outlook and select "Not available"....when it's done, just OK your
way out and reboot your computer. Then insert the Office CD and go back to
Office and repeat the same steps but this time click on the triangle next to
Outlook and choose "Run from My Computer" and this will reinstall it.

Is it only possible to uninstall Outlook by uninstalling all of Office? I
can't see Outlook listed separately in add/remove programs, and It doesn't
have an uninstall utility listed in the programs list. Is there somewhere
else I need to look?
I know I will need to b/u my normal.dot in order to keep my customizations
if I have to uninstall/reinstall the whole works.

I can get into it, but Options is grayed out :-(

Thanks again!!
