I use two tools and like them very much.
Cloudmark's Spamnet www.cloudmark.com and Spam Deputy.

download mailwasher and already find it extremely easy to use and
effective.

My best suggestion is to go to www.mailwasher.net and get a copy of
mailwasher. It's free to use, or pay a few $$$ if you want to get rid of
the banner.
