Hello everyone, I followed the instructions of how to add a new email message entry to the new menu for Outlook 2000. 1. Open a new email message 2. File > Save As > Blank.msg (saved in SHELLNEW) 3. Start > Run, type RegEdit, go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, scroll down the .msg extension 4. Right click .msg, click ShellNew 5. ...Create a New String Value named FileName 6. Double-click the FileName icon...C:\\Windows\ShellNew\Blank.msg... 7. click ok When I tested it, I received the following error message: The file may not exist, you may not have persmission ot open it, or it may be open in another program. Can someone tell me what I did wrong?
