All the functions in VBA are stored in the type libraries. Some times Access
does get confused and doesn't know which is where. Now for a bunch of
questions.
Is the database on a server?
Is it split front end / back end?
Is this problem only on a single machine?
What happens if you type ?now() into the immediate window of the VBE?
