[msexchange] Symantec AntiVirus for SMTP Gateways 3.1

Running Exchange 5.5 sp4 on a windows 2000, sp3 box.
We just upgraded our servers to Corporate edition 8.1 and with the purchase
we get the above referenced software.
Anyone using the above product to block potential viruses, spam, etc? If
so, how does it work? Any issues?
