Kally, try to show some respect for those of us on the list and don’t post
messages like “No one answers my Emails”. Most of us do have a life and I for
one, don’t appreciate reading messages like that after a long day of work.
Sorry, Steve. I know better than to step on the moderator’s toes. But, this is
ridiculous.
Bea.

Obviously, you didn’t check lately. Also, I don’t sit in front of this thing
every minute. In fact, I usually sit here periodically mostly to download books
or listen to music.

Rob's piece was called Casanova Junior Grade.
Larry, so you didn't go bowling today?

We didn't have a humor category as far as I know. I would have done that one!
It would have been much mor fun than doing King Creon with mustard on your suit
jacket! Could have used that mustard in the humor one!

There was a forensics contest every year.
Rob won the humor category in 1970, and moved on to the next level. I think
Chris Schumacher also won the same year, in the dramatic category, or whatever
it was called.

Yah, Joy and I did well in the duet acting category. I think it was 1980 and we
held the competition at home. I could be wrong but, I only did it for 2 years.
Once in Indiana and once at MSB.

It wasn't a class. I think the NCASB started the forensics in 1977. I competed
the first three years. I placed second in the prose reading with my reading of
"The Cat and the Painkiller", and thought of my sixth grade teacher reading
that to all of us the whole time I read it. That was in 77, my eighth grade
year. Joy and I placed third in 1979 with our acting out a sceen from The Glass
Menagerie.

What year did they start the phorensics class? I don't remember them having
that class when I was there? They must have started that class after I'd
graduated in '70.
Peg and RLD Ginger, class of '70.

For Forensics, people won ribbons. I odn't remember there being a team trophy,
unless that happened after I left in 1979.

Well, not to open the big debate of whether or not the school should have been
closed or not. It is! But, what about the smaller celebrity stuff? The trophies
that were won by our Raiders! I can see where a lot of stuff could have went
out to places to help teach others like all of the braille equipment,
instruments and all of the other stuff. And, someone could have used it! I sure
wantedd one of those piccolos! But, where did the trophies and awards go? We
had awards not only in athletics but also in band and forensics and probably in
things I don't know about! Are they on display somewhere? If we talked about
this, I must have missed something. The awards may be the only things left of
our history when we all fly out of here! Intelligence is always claimed but,
