Hi my fellow MSB friends it is me again,
Some of you already know that I lost my beloved ginger my third Leader-Dog back
in May she was 13 years old and she had a stroke. Well, I put my application in
for a new dog in December and I was approved.
I got the call yesterday from my instructor and she is bringing three dogs out
for me to try on Tuesday the 16th at 12:30 PM. After working all three dogs in
my general area, she will make the selection as to which Dog will be the best
match for me. She and another lady are bringing out a black lab, a black lab
golden, and a yellow lab golden. Then we will have another meeting after which
she will bring my dog here to me and we will start training we are going to be
doing what they call home delivery.
I don’t know any of their names yet but I do know that I am getting a boy. All
three dogs that they are bringing are males. I don’t know any of their names
but I will learn that on Tuesday when I find out which one will be mine. I will
keep you all posted and let you know how the training goes and how things work
out with the big furry kid and me.
