"But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
so that you may be children of your Father in heaven; for he makes his sun
rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the righteous and on the
unrighteous."  ~Matthew 5:44-45

.=:  M E D I T A T I O N   F O R   T H E   D A Y  :=.

"He makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the
righteous and on the unrighteous."  God does not interfere with the working
of natural laws.  The laws of nature are unchangeable, otherwise we could
not depend on them.  As far as natural laws are concerned, God makes no
distinction between good and bad people.  Sickness or death may strike
anywhere.  But spiritual laws are also made to be obeyed.  Our success or
failure in life can depend on our choice of good or evil.

I pray that I may choose today the way of the spiritual life.  I pray that I
may live today with faith, hope and love.

We pray for unity in our country and that we may build a Culture of Life. We
pray for the safety of our troops, their safe return and their families at
home.  We pray for a deep and profound respect for life, and for the courage
and willingness to stand up for life. We pray for one another, for those who
have asked our prayers and for those who need our prayers the most. Have a
