Check the check box "Insert Credits before Debits', under the general tab. Find this under Options, then Settings menu.

You will then have all credits first when you enter transactions.

However, if you have already entered a series of transactions on a specific date, and the transactions are not in the order you want, you will need to swap their position in the register.

From the documentation file, we have:

Swap Transactions: F2
Swap Transactions
Normally, Money Talks arranges your transactions by date. The transactions that occur on the same date get arranged by the order in which they were entered into the program. You may, however, arrange transactions with the same date by using the Swap Transactions command. To swap transactions, point to the first transaction and press the Swap Transaction command. When you do, the program swaps the position of the current transaction
and the transaction that follows the current one.

Subject: [moneytalks] Daily Transactions

Hi all, When I list a number of bank transactions for a day. The Deposit
appears last. Is there any way to make it show first? Then the withdrawals.
Thanks for your help.
Blake
