[modeleng] Re identifying collets

These are Myford collets (VERRRY expensive!). They have the advantage of
having no drawbar (being secured by a nut on the mandrel nose) enabling the
machining of long workpieces.
Arc Euro Trade sell 2 MT collets (for use with a drawbar) in metric or imperial
sizes for £6 per collet, which seems to be the cheapest available. I have
been happy with the quality of their tools.
