Guys, can I please ask you to limit off-topic posts.
Freelists, who host this list, do monitor all their lists and WILL cancel
any list that they feel is not keeping to the subject for which it is
intended.
The occasional off-topic post is understandable, but let us keep it within
reason.
It would be a pity to lose this list just because of some banter.
As for what is ON topic, anything related to model engineering, or steam or
engineering matters, or even subjects that are linked to them are all OK.
