Al,
      This would probably not work in this size, . . . first because this
is a tank engine, . . . . and then IMHO there would be insufficient
traction from the rails to the tender wheels to make the pump go 'round
unless of course the tender was heavily weighted.   For similar
applications current Ga1 practice is to build a tender car ("van") with
auxilliary capacity (water, fuel, radio gear, etc) and one recently
developed successful practice is to used a servo-actuated remote water
pump.  Regner (Germany) makes one RTR but others are built up from a pump
and altered R/C servo.  Ga1 is a place where steam and electronics are
forging a reasonably successful coexistance.
